Cash League Overview
Where every shot counts!

We listened to the complaints of players and league managers and then designed a system that solves the problems plaguing the industry. Problems like rampant sandbagging, regional handicapping differences, secret handicapping systems, skill level limits on teams and arbitrary handicap assignments are all eliminated by the Cash League system.

Cash League only defines the rules of competition and scoring, not the rules of pool. We use the World Standardize Rules of pool established by the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA). The Cash League system is designed for independent league operators, and we know that you don't like systems that limit your choices. The only rules that Cash League defines are those necessary to establish accurate handicaps and fair competition. The systems works just as good for leagues with large teams and small teams, long sessions or short sessions, 8-ball or 9-ball, etc.

Cash League provides services for the billiard league operators (LO), players, tournament directors (TD) and pool parlor operators. Cash League's complete (turnkey) league system provides everything needed to start and run a league or tournament. Our LOs/TDs need only spend a half an hour each week running a ten team operation. Since Cash League provides a nation wide standard for scoring and handicapping, all your players are eligible for cross league local, regional or national competition. At the same time, the system is so flexible that leagues can operate with any team size from 1 to 10.

But the most remarkable creation from Cash League is its Balls Per Turn™ handicapping system. The handicapping system is completely documented in the Cash League Pool League Manual. Cash League does not use a secret handicapping system, yet this system is virtually sandbag proof. Remarkable but true! Further, since there is no team handicap limit, teams can always stay together.

Under the Cash League system, the LOs pay-out large cash prizes to their players every session. All teams win money, and the top teams become eligible for tournament competition. The prize money principle in the Cash League system does more than just provide excitement; it is also a key anti-sandbagging component. In the Cash League system every shot counts, so when a player tries to influence their handicap by missing a shot, they are giving up Cash!

With the Cash League system, tournament directors are able to bring un-rated players off the street for tournaments and have them accurately rated by the middle of the tournament. This is a great way to draw business or grow a league.

Cash League's system provides:
  • The Balls Per Turn™ anti-sandbagging handicapping system that stifles the sandbaggers. Sandbagging may drop your handicap, but it will hurt your team more than it helps.
  • No secrets. This copyrighted system is described completely in the Cash League Pool League Manual.
  • Standardized handicapping system that works locally, nationally or internationally.
  • No handicap limit on teams.
  • Extremely accurate handicaps. They are measured from 0.0 to 32.0 for 8-ball and 0.0 to 54.0 for 9-ball in steps of 0.1!
  • Standardized rules of competition in addition to the WPA’s standard rules of pool.
  • All match and player data is entered on the Cash League LLC Web site and is available to every player. Log in as a guest and check it out.
  • Player prize protection. Cash League LLC provides a "Guarantee Option" for use by the LO. Under this option, Cash League LLC guarantees the player’s prize money since the league operators send the weekly collected prize money to Cash League. Funds are held in an escrow bank account until distribution to the players. Cash League LLC prints checks in the player’s name (not the league operator’s or the team captain’s name).

Cash League also provides services to league operators:
  • Preprinted paperwork envelopes will give your league the professional look.
